Working closely with Marketing and Engineering Teams, you set work priorities and provide guidance to other professionals. You foster a quality mindset within the team, and coordinate design and industrialization quality activities for new product introduction. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3h3Cross-Functional Leadership /h3ulliAct as a quality reference for new product Design (Safety and Reliability). /liliInfluence and mobilize cross-functional, multicultural teams. /liliYou are skilled in project coordination and reporting. /liliSupport continuous improvement of quality methods, standards, and practices. /li /ulh3Design for Safety and Reliability (DfSR) /h3ulliBuild the adoption of the key stakeholders on the business' DfSR of their squads. /liliAssess and identify the critical elements of the offer at design level (system, subsystem, assembly, component). /liliPut together the key drivers of a logical DfSR risk assessment plan based on the risk level for the offer from safety, robustness and reliability perspective. /liliDevelop, execute, and report DfSR plans on a regular basis, animating quality reviews. /liliTrain and coach design engineering community with DfSR training, methods and tools /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Education /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or Electronics of Firmware Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics (higher degrees especially in Reliability engineering are preferred). /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or quality field. /liliExperience in Design for Reliability (DfSS, DfSR). /liliExperience in electromechanical system power management, electronics, is highly preferred. /liliExperience working in an agile product development environment.
/li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliCTQ definition from VOC (voice of customer), AHP, QFD. /liliP-diagram. /liliDesign FMEA, FTA. /liliDesign optimization with DOE. /liliTolerancing experience is a plus (Worst case analysis, RSS, Monte Carlo Simulation). /liliStatistical and reliability tools (Minitab, Reliasoft, JASP). /liliProblem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Whys). /liliSoftware: Reliasoft, Jama, Minitab, JASP, CETOL. /li /ulh3Certifications (preferred) /h3ulliDesign for Six Sigma. /liliSix Sigma Green/Black Belt, Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), ISO9001. /liliCertified Reliability Engineer (CRE) at minimum or internally certified Reliability expert. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong leadership and animation skills. /liliCoaching and training capability. /liliCustomer-oriented and analytical mindset. /liliAbility to manage change and work in multicultural environments. /li /ulh3Languages Mobility /h3ulliProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English. /liliLocation: Schneider Electric Spain, Puente La Reina (20 min from Pamplona). /liliDriving license. /liliAvailability for travel depending on project scope.
