Our professionals advise private equity sponsors, corporates, and CFO organizations on matters including transaction accounting, carve-outs, IPO readiness, financial reporting transformation, integration and separation projects, and technical accounting advisory. /p pAs part of AM’s Integral Transaction Advisory Group (TAG), the Spain CMAA team operates within a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, working alongside professionals across transactions, restructuring, operational improvement, and performance transformation. you will take an active role in managing workstreams and delivering client engagements across a broad range of accounting advisory and transaction-related projects. You will work closely with senior leadership while mentoring junior team members and interacting directly with client finance teams. /p h3Key responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liSupporting transaction accounting engagements including acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and post-deal accounting matters /li liAssisting with the preparation and review of financial statements and accounting position papers under IFRS and local GAAP /li liPerforming financial and accounting analysis related to complex transactions and reporting matters /li liSupporting IPO readiness, finance transformation, and reporting process improvement projects /li liAssisting with the preparation of client deliverables, reports, and presentations /li liWorking collaboratively with cross-functional AM teams and client stakeholders /li liManaging multiple workstreams and deadlines in a dynamic project environment /li liBuilding strong relationships with clients and contributing to a collaborative team culture /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
