Contact with universities (Career forums, job boards, job fairs, events, etc.) /li liFollow-up and update of the recruitment tracker and ATS. /li liReference point for trainees in the organization. /li liCarry-out trainees' exit interviews. /li liCollaboration and participation in the organization of trainings, events and participation in forums and meetings in Universities and Business Schools. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pbSKILLS /b /p ul liEnthusiastic, proactive and team player. /li liDynamic and quick learner. /li /ul pbMAIN DUTIES /b /p ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.



A Master’s degree is a plus. /li liFluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
