This role will require your requirements analysis skills, workshop facilitation, customer management and product configuration. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform the following on an engagement understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution. /li liConduct working sessions in large and medium integral/local organizations to analyze business requirements for various financial functional areas (Accounting, Procurement-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Banking and Settlements, Business Assets and Financial Reporting). /li liDesign, prototype, configure, test and deliver the Workday platform and represent the "voice of the customer" - keeping the needs of the finance end users, people managers and business leaders at the center of all Workday design and deployment decisions. /li liDemonstrate the configurations through the iterative development of prototypes to gain customer acceptance of the business processes.



/li liComplete the work assigned to you by the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of the overall project status. /li liProvide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas. /li liSupport Workday Operations by suggesting monitoring and recommending ways to better utilize Workday, proactively identify and create metrics to drive operational improvements and institute and enforce data and process standards. /li liActively participate in the Workday Community contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, sharing ideas, collaborating with other customers, and participating in user groups. /li liEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices. /li liUnderstand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Accounting and Finance/Business Administration (MBA desirable) /li liGood understanding of the enterprise's business processes and financial statements (B/S, PL and Cash Flow). /li liGood understanding of how technology is changing and appreciation of its power to revolutionize the way organizations work and behave.
