ppMar Recruitment Consulting, a specialized consultancy within the maritime and logistics sector, is currently seeking a bRIGGER /b for a position based in bMallorca /b, to join a leading international marine services provider specialized in the maintenance and repair of sailing yachts and superyachts. /p h3Your mission: /h3 pAs a Rigger you will be responsible for stepping and commissioning a variety of projects from superyachts to race yachts and expected to deliver the highest standards within the marine industry. Rigging, sailing, practical maintenance of masts and booms will be your primary roles. To get your goals, you will work together with an experienced team of Project Managers, other Riggers, Designers, Contractors and Mast Technicians. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liTo keep up to date with all project communication with the ability to provide knowledgeable input when necessary. /li liTo identify customer needs and propose to fulfil them with the appropriate company services or products. /li liTo contribute to the development of technical and practical solutions. /li liTo be able to communicate effectively with all parties involved within the project. /li liTo understand project budgets and contribute to the development of project timeline, estimates and proposal. /li liTo liaise on multiple international projects and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Technical skills:



/h3 ul liAround 5 years’ experience in a similar role. /li liProfessional sailing experience or working as shore crew. /li liExperience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be an advantage. /li liUniversity Degree or related.
