They provide end-to-end design, construction, and project management services, partnering with industry-leading clients to deliver high-quality, innovative, and safe construction solutions. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager (CSA) to lead the delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works across complex construction projects within the data centre, energy, and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all CSA activities from planning through execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. /li liDevelop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for CSA works. /li liCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. /li liEnsure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. /li liMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. /li liCollaborate with Design Managers, MEP teams, Commercial teams, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. /li liOversee inspections, testing, commissioning support, and final handover activities. /li liManage project reporting, change control, and stakeholder communications. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all CSA activities. /li liDrive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pRequisitos:
