This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role forsomeone who thrives embedded with business teams - not behind a backlog. /ppYou will sit with teams across Operations, Creative, Support, and beyond, shadow how they actually work, spot where AI can genuinely give them their time back, and then build the solution yourself: end to end, from discovery to production. You find the problem, decide what to build, build it, ship it, and make sure it sticks. /ppWe trust your judgment. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, and we expect you to use it: identify what matters, make the call, and own the outcome.



/ph3bWhat You'll Do /b /h3ullibEmbed with business teams /b - shadow real workflows, spot where AI can remove genuine pain (not from a spec, from the field). /lilibDesign and ship AI systems /b - LLM applications, agents, RAG pipelines, chatbots, automated workflows that solve it. /lilibOwn the full lifecycle /b - discovery, prototyping, production deployment, adoption. No handoffs. /lilibMeasure and iterate /b - track the time and effort you're actually giving back, and refine based on real usage. /lilibPrioritize your own roadmap /b - you decide what's next; no one's assigning you tickets. /li /ulh3bWhat We’re Looking For /b /h3ullib6+ years of software engineering /b, with bhands-on production experience shipping AI systems /b - LLM frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex, agentic workflows, or similar - not just prototypes or research. /liliA track record of bowning something end-to-end /b without a team behind you: you've been the discovery, the build, and the rollout on at least one project. /liliStrong engineering foundations: bPython, APIs, microservices, databases, AWS /b. /liliComfortable with ambiguity: given a business domain, you can figure out what to build without a brief. /lilibExcellent communication with non-technical stakeholders /b - you can translate a messy manual process into a technical solution, and bring the team along with you. /li /ulpThis is an individual contributor role, not people management.
