As we expand with new Resort openings almost annually, our core purpose remains the same: encouraging guests to experience the Magic of togetherness as the World’s Leading Family Beach Resort™. /p pWhether you’re looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you. /p h3Department /h3 pDesign /p h3Location - Workplace type /h3 pMadrid /p h3Employment type /h3 pPermanent /p h3Your main purpose /h3 ul liProvide support to the Senior Interior Design Manager by supervising design processes prepared by outsourced Architecture and Design studios for new Group projects; manage external design consultants, providing clear input on their deliverables, both at the conceptual stage and through detailed reviews of technical and construction drawing packages; support consultants during deliverables, leading workshops and contributing design ideas related to materials, layouts, and construction solutions. /li liDesign, plan, develop, and conceptualize interior design ideas for in-house projects; develop visual and technical documentation including mood boards, hand sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models, in collaboration with the internal design team. /li liSupport the Design Department in the development of the Group Design Guidelines, to be used by external and internal teams in all future projects; research and create FFE designs and presentations, including bespoke furniture concepts and detailing in coordination with the specifications team. /li liCarry out site visits to oversee construction progress; review and comment on material samples, mock-ups,
