We are looking for a student to join our team as a Guest Experience FB Trainee. /ppDuring your internship with us, your duties will include: /pulliWelcoming every guest and acting as the point of contact between the guest and all the hotel’s operational departments. /liliEscorting guests to their reserved area and verifying all details in the service order before the event begins, ensuring Thompson Madrid standards are met. /liliPreparing the workspace for service. /liliProviding direct service to guests regarding food and beverage consumption. /liliMonitoring and checking stock and equipment used in the section. /liliAssisting with the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets. /liliInforming and advising guests on the ingredients and composition of items on the restaurant menu. /liliHandling payment processing and performing the cash reconciliation at the end of the shift. /liliAdhering to the company's established health, safety, and cleanliness standards. /liliWorking flexibly with the entire Food Beverage team as required by operations across the various outlets. /li /ulpRegarding the requirements we are looking for: /pulliThis is a full‑time,



paid internship (Monday to Friday schedule). /liliA mandatory requirement is the ability to sign an internship agreement with your school or educational institution.
