ppWe are seeking a commercially astute Aftermarket Sales Operations Manager to be responsible for leading the sales function, develop growth strategies, manage key customer relationships and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets across our Aftermarket division. /ph3About the Role /h3pReporting to the Director of Aftermarket you will work closely with internal stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities, improve customer outcomes, and expand Transmin’s market presence. /ph3Duties /h3ulliDrive sales of OEM parts, agency products and aftermarket supplies /liliGrow market share through proactive customer engagement and relationship management /liliExpand Transmin’s aftermarket portfolio through new products, brands, and market opportunities /liliIdentify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Transmin’s product and service offerings /liliLead mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team /liliFoster a culture of accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement /liliProvide accurate sales reporting, pipeline visibility and performance analysis /liliSupport the development and execution of long-term aftermarket growth /li /ulh3Skills Experience /h3ulliMinimum of 5 years’ experience leading a sales team within the mining, materials handling, OEM or related industrial sectors /liliProven success identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities /liliStrong mechanical aptitude /liliRelevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Engineering, Marketing Management or a related discipline. /liliExperience using ERP and CRM systems /li /ulh3Culture /h3pAt Transmin, you will be part of a collaborative,
