At METLEN, we foster a culture of bresilience, challenge, respect, excellence, /b andbchange /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p pWe are currently looking for a bLegal Counsel /bto join our Legal team in bMadrid, Spain. /b /p pBy joining this role,you'llplay a vital role in supporting the Development and EPC business across Spain and Western Europe,providingpractical legal guidance, managing contractual matters, and supporting project transactions throughout the project lifecycle. /p h3Your role will encompass /h3 pSupport the Senior Legal Counsel Iberia on a broad range of legal matters relating to Development and EPC activities across Spain and other Western Europeanjurisdictions. /p pProvide high‑quality, responsive legal advice to internal stakeholders and support the full lifecycle of EPC, OM, supply, subcontractingand project development agreements. /p pDraft, review, negotiate andfinalizecommercial,corporateand project‑related documentation, including acquisitions, resolutions, powers of attorney and operational agreements. /p pAssistproject teams throughout transaction closings,



due diligence exercises, milestone tracking and project development processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. /p pSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of Legal Team systems, processes andknow‑howmaterials while ensuring adherence to internal procedures. /p pLiaise with external legal advisors, manage legalspendin accordance withinternalguidelinesand effectively prioritize workload to meet business deadlines. /p h3What you bring to the role /h3 pQualified Lawyer, preferably admitted to practice in Spain.
