ppbThe successful candidate will be able to work at our Warsaw, Barcelona offices, or remotely from Poland, Spain or the United Kingdom. /b /p pAt MTG we are a portfolio of gaming studios creating experiences enjoyed by millions of players worldwide. /p pThis role is based in the Midcore District, a business unit within MTG that Plarium is part of. The Midcore District is home to six gaming studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Together, our studios make games played by tens of millions of people across mobile and PC. /p pThe District isn't just a holding structure. We offer our studios a shared ecosystem covering marketing, data analytics, technology, player services, publishing, and D2C distribution, so they can focus on making great games. /p pWe are now looking for a bGroup Compensation Manager /b to play a key role in shaping and operationalising our compensation frameworks across the group. This role supports both the listed holding-company and two business units, with a specific focus on the newly established ‘Midcore District’. The position reports into the General Head of People Analytics Insights and will also work closely with the group Chief People Officer, Finance, Legal, and PC leaders across our studios and within the central services team. /p pYou will combine strong technical compensation expertise with a pragmatic, stakeholder-oriented mindset, and you’re equally comfortable designing frameworks, running annual cycles, and translating complex data into clear recommendations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbCompensation frameworks Governance /b /p pDesign and evolve group-wide compensation frameworks, including job architecture, salary structures, and STI/LTI programs (including equity).



/p pAlign global consistency with local studio and market realities, ensuring frameworks remain competitive and pragmatic. /p pLead MA remuneration assessments, from due diligence to post-acquisition integration. /p pDrive a structured benchmarking approach, selecting peer groups and surveys to maintain a competitive edge across international talent markets. /p pMonitor global reward trends and regulatory developments, translating insights into actionable strategies. /p pOwn core compensation processes, specifically annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring seamless execution for HRBPs and managers. /p pProvide expert guidance for organisational changes (growth, restructuring, integration) with sound compensation advice and data. /p pbCompliance Remuneration Committee support /b /p pDrive Pay Transparency initiatives, including the implementation of the EU Directive, pay gap analysis, and statutory reporting. /p pSupport the Remuneration Committee by preparing high-quality Board-level presentations, scenario modelling, and executive reward narratives. /p pGovern LTI plans in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and external executive compensation advisors. /p pPartner with People Analytics to ensure data integrity and consistent reporting on KPIs and pay positioning.



/p h3What we expect /h3 pAt least 5 years in compensation / total rewards in an international or multi-entity environment. /p pSolid knowledge of compensation principles and practices, including: /p pJob architecture and levelling. /p pBase pay and salary structures. /p pShort- and long-term incentives (STI LTI). /p pSalary benchmarking and market surveys. /p pEquity or share-based programs. /p pDemonstrated experience building, improving, and operating total rewards frameworks in multiple countries. /p pStrong analytical capability and technical proficiency with data, including advanced Excel/spreadsheets and compensation systems. /p pConfidence in translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for PC, leaders, and senior stakeholders. /p pExperience working in a fast-moving, creative, or tech-driven industry (e.g. gaming, digital, technology, media), with an appreciation that talent markets and reward practices evolve quickly. /p pComfort operating across the full spectrum of the role: from hands-on administration to strategic design and Board-level work in a small, high-impact team. /p pExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships with portfolio and business leaders, and clearly explain both the "what" and the "why". /p pFluency in English, both written and oral. /p h3What we offer /h3 pOfficially registered full-time employment. /p pPaid annual leave according to local regulations. /p pMedical support and paid leave if you or your child are sick. /p pIndividual development plan and regular feedback. /p pProfessional seminars, workshops, courses, and internal training programs. /p pReimbursement of gym membership fees. /p p*Note: Benefits may vary by country. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
