? Your Mission ? Customer Service Handle and manage
inquiries, questions, and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat . ? Claims
Management Process claims according to their level of severity.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide fast and effective
solutions . ? Payment Collection Contact customers with outstanding
payments . Negotiate solutions to help recover overdue fees. ?
Customer Retention Conduct call campaigns with customers who have
requested cancellation. Use sales and retention arguments to
maintain customer loyalty. ? Continuous Improvement Identify
opportunities to improve processes . Propose solutions to increase
efficiency and customer satisfaction . ? What We’re Looking For ✔️
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service ✔️ Fluent German.
Spanish and/or English are a plus. ✔️ Excellent written and verbal
communication skills ✔️ Empathy and patience in different
situations ✔️ Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments




✔️ Familiarity with Office / Google tools ✔️ Proactive profile ,
customer- and goal-oriented ⭐ Experience in claims, retention,
