ph3Position Overview /h3 pADP is hiring a Payroll Specialist for our Portuguese market. /p pIn this role, you will work with a portfolio of Portuguese payroll clients ranging from 1 to 2000 employees worldwide. You will manage the assigned client portfolio, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liManage client service requests, including legal aspects of the payroll service. /li liResolve and manage incidents arising from the service. /li liConduct regular client meetings to update the payroll calendar and agreed daily processes. /li liReview and prepare data for administrative payroll processing and perform functional testing on the platform. /li liProcess client payrolls and perform controls to ensure quality and service excellence. /li liManage the client rental period and send periodic reports related to payroll processes (e.g., IRS, social security files, payroll accounting reconciliation). /li /ul h3To Succeed In This Role /h3 ul liDetail oriented with strong focus on accuracy and completeness. /li liProactive and initiative: identify and solve problems early, take action independently, and seek improvement opportunities. /li liExcellent planning and organization: set clear goals, manage time, create structured plans, maintain order, and adapt to challenges.
