Novartis is unable to offer relocation support - please only apply if this location is accessible to you. /p h3About The Role /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with Global Product Safety Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive effective risk management strategies. /li liLead the coordination and delivery of high-quality, regulatory-compliant Risk Management Plans and Aggregate Reports. /li liCoordinate contributors across functions to secure quality content, annexes, and supporting documentation. /li liReview risk management documents for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. /li liEnsure timely development, review, and submission of safety documentation to global health authorities. /li liManage Health Authority commitments and track implementation activities across global and local stakeholders. /li liSupport responses to Health Authority feedback and ensure approved requirements are effectively implemented. /li liProvide training, guidance, and subject matter expertise on risk management processes and requirements.



/li liContribute to process improvement initiatives, digital innovation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions. /li liRepresent Risk Management expertise in inspections, audits, and cross-functional quality improvement projects. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in drug safety, clinical research, or regulatory affairs and Minimum 1 years of Global RMP management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. /li liBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field. /li liFluent written and spoken English with strong scientific communication and document writing skills. /li liStrong knowledge of integral regulatory requirements, clinical drug development, and pharmacovigilance processes. /li liProven ability to collaborate across complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. /li liAbility to analyze and interpret safety and efficacy data and translate findings into clear regulatory documentation. /li /ul h3Desirable Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced degree such as Master of Science, Doctor of Pharmacy, or Doctor of Philosophy. /li liExperience in preparing Aggregate reports like PSUR, DSUR or PADER. /li liAdditional language skills are considered an advantage /li /ul h3Benefits Rewards /h3 pAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen. /p pExpected Annual Base Salary Range for role: € 46,300 to € 86,100 /p pThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills,
