ph3Job Description /h3 h3WHAT YOU'LL DO /h3 pWithin the Payroll Department, you will be responsible for executing the full payroll process and ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with local laws, regulations and the Company's established processing guidelines. /p pYour key responsibilities include: /p ulliReview all new hires in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and process any necessary corrections /liliCalculate and process termination payments /liliProcess salary changes, calculate back pay and additional earnings such as overtime and shift allowances /liliBe responsible for calculating deductions and ensuring employees' sick leave and vacation time are accurate /liliProvide support to the stores regarding payroll matters, delivering outstanding customer service to our internal customers addressing all payroll-related questions and concerns /li /ul h3WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH /h3 pYou will be part of the Payroll Department, collaborating closely with colleagues in Accounting, Legal, Controlling and HR, as well as store teams. /p h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 pWe are looking for people with... /p ulliA degree in Labour Relations or Law /liliA minimum of 2 years' experience running the full payroll process, either in an in-house payroll department or within a payroll service provider /liliExperience handling payroll calculations, incidences and settlements /liliFluency in Spanish and intermediate English /li /ul pAnd people who are... /p ulliCurious and ambitious to learn and develop, with a proactive approach to gaining new knowledge and improving continuously /liliDetail-oriented, with a strong customer service mindset, ensuring accuracy, quality, and a supportive approach in all payroll interactions /liliProactive, committed, and able to work effectively within a larger team,
