You will empower District Managers and follow JYSK values and leadership principles to achieve budgets and goals. /p ul liAligned with our JYSK Values and JYSK Leadership you are responsible to ensure that the stores in your region is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading and coaching your District Managers on a distance and when visiting them /li liMake sure the District Managers have a strong plan to achieve the key figures goals and you motivate them to do soFollow up and secure that routines and concepts are executed in all stores /li liTrain your Managers in Recruitment, Performance Management and Leadership to make sure they have the best tools to create results in their districts /li /ul pMeet one of our Retail Managers and learn about the job here. /p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liRetail Manager with a proven track record of reaching great result /li liAt least 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager in a retail company /li liA Customer First mindset in everything you do /li liProactive and energetic tradesman with a strong understanding of how to work in with concepts /li liA good sense for detail, but versátil to respond to unexpected challenges /li liAbility to work independently, but a track record in creating excellent results through your teams /li liAdvanced communication skills,
