You will join a high-performing team which leverages our One Agile Way of Working to achieve their maximum potential. /p h3Your key responsibilities: /h3 ul liContribute to our efforts to deliver a best-in-class platform that can serve our internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on our platform ecosystem and global initiatives. /li liDevelop, maintain, refactor and evolve cross-organization, highly critical software. /li liCo-create the next generation of our products and services so that we can keep having a positive impact for the next twenty years. /li liEnsure that global platform initiatives are used and adapted for local assets. /li liWork in collaboration with Architecture team for defining Savannah program initiatives. /li liTo be part of the team responsible for maintaining and securing the company’s core platform. /li liAdvance automation/removal of manual work of the company´s developers. /li liContinuously take the initiative to improve the way of working and the collaboration within your squad. /li liExplain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way for any audience /li liBe accountable for maximising the product's value resulting from your squad's work; you support and develop your colleagues through effective knowledge sharing and resource usage and promote the one agile way of working (OAWoW) culture. /li liBe a leader of technical initiatives executed by the squad. /li liHelps Product Owner to define User Stories and refine the acceptance criteria. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWant to know if this job is made for you?
