In this role, you will help shape secure, enterprise-grade software that underpins trust and identity for integral health systems. You’ll design and evolve a certificate issuance API and PKI workflows, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver reliable, scalable services. The position combines advanced .NET development, cloud-native architecture, and secure-by-default practices to safeguard health data. You’ll work hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines to drive measurable security and performance impact. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, build, and evolve the certificate issuance API using ASP.NET Core (C#)
• Implement well-versioned REST APIs and automate certificate lifecycle workflows
• Diagnose and resolve performance, concurrency, or architectural bottlenecks using profiling and observability tools
• Deploy and operate services on AWS and AliCloud, including EKS/Kubernetes,



KMS, EC2, IAM
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions) for automated build, test, scan, and deploy of containerized .NET services
• Write technical docs, decisions, and runbooks to enable operational excellence
• Contribute to a collaborative, agile engineering culture
• Maintain secure-by-default practices across the PKI landscape

Responsabilidades
• Experienced C# engineer with deep .NET stack expertise
• Proficiency with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and high-throughput services
• Experience with AWS (EKS/Kubernetes, KMS, EC2, IAM) and containerized microservices
• Knowledge of cryptography, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitLab, GitHub Actions) and observability/profile tooling
• Strong code quality discipline, peer code reviews, and documentation
