You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements. /p pYou plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members. Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. As a first-line manager and servant leader, you deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged. /p pTo thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude.
