The Manager serves as the primary liaison to the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and ensures safe, sanitary, and uninterrupted meal support operations. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul lipSupervise daily scullery and pot shed personnel (7 days/week operations). /p /li lipEnsure proper dishwashing temperatures, sanitation procedures, and temperature log compliance. /p /li lipEnforce clean/dirty separation protocols and safety standards. /p /li lipMaintain personnel records, medical certifications, and training documentation. /p /li lipConduct weekly inventory checks of Government-issued dinnerware and equipment. /p /li lipReport equipment issues, incidents, and discrepancies to the COR.
