/ph3What You Will Do /h3pYour mission will be to support the accounting, compliance, month end and reporting process, ensuring the correct execution and follow-up of established processes across the business. /pulliMaintain accurate accounting records ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. /liliReview purchase orders to ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures. /liliProcess supplier invoices and ensure correct accounting allocation. /liliMaintain complete accounting documentation and supporting records. /liliPerform general ledger postings and account reconciliations. /liliMonitor vendor documentation and ensure completeness of supporting evidence. /liliSupport fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculations and asset register maintenance in coordination with Financial Controller. /liliSupport the monthly closing process ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. /liliPrepare monthly accruals and prepayments, perform balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. /liliPrepare accounting journals related to recurring monthly adjustments. /liliSupport the preparation of documentation required for grant justifications. /liliMaintain accounting traceability of grant-funded expenditures in coordination with Financial Controller and Head of Financial Control Compliance. /liliSupport compliance reporting for financing agreements and loan covenants. /liliPrepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation. Support internal and external audits. /liliPrepare VAT, Withholding Tax (IRPF)
