Working closely with the Commercial Directors for Retail Channel and reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the Sales Team and collaborate across functions bto ensure accurate forecasting, performance tracking and optimal investment in trade and promotions. /b /ppThis is a bhands-on, high-visibility role with exposure to both local and Iberia-wide initiatives /b, idóneo for someone who wants to deepen their expertise and grow into future leadership positions within finance. /ph3What’s in it for you /h3h3Forecasting Performance Management /h3ulliPlay a key role in supporting the commercial forecasting process for Retail Channel in Spain, working closely with Sales and Demand Planning to ensure robust, data-informed projections. /liliContribute to financial valuation and scenario analysis to support commercial planning and business reviews. /liliSupport the preparation of regular performance reviews by providing insights based on volume, mix, pricing, and margin analysis. /li /ulh3Financial Reporting Month-End Close /h3ulliActively contribute to the month-end close process for the channel, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with internal controls. /liliPrepare monthly PLs, closing decks,
and variance analysis for local and Iberia stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with the Iberia Finance team on budgeting, planning, and consolidated reporting processes. /li /ulh3Business Partnering Commercial Support /h3ulliProvide day-to-day financial support to the Commercial Directors, Channel Managers and Sales teams in the Retail Channel. /liliDeliver clear and structured financial analysis to support decision-making, commercial planning, and target delivery. /liliAssist in evaluating promotional activities, customer investments, and Joint Business Plans, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. /li /ulh3Revenue Trade Spend Management /h3ulliMonitor trade spend and promotional investments, supporting efforts to optimize ROI. /liliHelp ensure adherence to pricing and discounting policies across customer channels. /liliMaintain accurate tracking and reconciliation of commercial agreements impacting financial performance. /liliAct as an active member of both the Commercial team and the wider Iberia Finance community. /liliShare insights and best practices across teams to improve processes and reporting tools. /liliSupport finance transformation initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. /li /ulh3What you need to be successful /h3ullibEducational Background: /b University degree in bAccounting, Business Administration, Economics /b or a related field is required. /lilibFinance Experience /b: Experience in finance roles (e.g. controlling, FPA, business partnering), ideally in FMCG or dynamic commercial environments. /lilibFinancial Fundamentals: /b Strong grasp of accounting basics,
PL understanding, and standard financial processes. /lilibAnalytical Curious: /b Attention to detail with a data-driven mindset. You enjoy digging into numbers to find insights that drive action. /lilibTools Modelling: /b Comfortable working with Excel and building financial models. Exposure to SAP (FI/CO-PA), Power BI or similar tools is a plus with interest in developing further. /lilibBusiness Partnering: /b Ability to work closely with commercial teams, building trust and providing financial perspective in a collaborative way. /lilibCommunication: /b Clear and structured when presenting financial topics to non-finance stakeholders. /lilibLanguages: /b Bilingual in Spanish, with fluency in English (minimum B2) required to interact in an international environment. /lilibGrowth Mindset: /b Proactive, eager to learn, resilient and open to feedback.
