ppWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the activities of the Systemic Sclerosis Unit and contribute to the effective coordination of clinical and research projects /p h3Main responsibilities and duties: /h3 ul liCoordinate and manage clinical databases, including data entry and quality control. /li liSupport and actively participate in ongoing research projects related to autoimmune diseases. /li liCoordinate clinical research activities, including contacting patients, scheduling study visits, and administering questionnaires. /li liOrganise patient records, code healthcare data, and support patient care coordination. /li liAnalyse and maintain clinical databases /li /ul h3Education and qualifications: Required: /h3 ul liSenior Technician in Healthcare Documentation and Administration. /li liAdditional or specialised training in Microsoft Access, REDCap and SAP. /li liFluency in Catalan, Spanish and English. /li /ul h3Experience and knowledge: Required: /h3 ul liExperience working with clinical databases and data management. /li liAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. /li liStrong organisational and time-management skills. /li liExcellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals. /li /ul h3Labour conditions: /h3 ul liWorking hours: Full-time (37,5 hours per week). /li liStarting date: September 2026 /li liGross annual salary: Remuneration will be determined by experience, skills and responsibilities and aligned with the Collective Agreement pay scale. /li liContract type: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to project activities /li /ul h3What can we offer? /h3 ul liIncorporation into the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR),
