storage systems and observability to deliver on a wide range of projects - ranging from tooling to core Platform services which serve production traffic. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other teams, sharing knowledge to deliver on projects. /p ul liOwn the availability and performance of mission-critical services and build automation to prevent problems recurrence. /li liImprove the system’s scalability, observability, and alerting. /li liBuild tooling to improve our platform and accelerate the overall software development. /li liPractice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems. /li liCollaborate with product teams to help them tackle technical issues and design new systems. /li liStrengthen credibility with the quality of the team's technical execution. /li liFollow the best FinOps practices. /li liParticipate in on-call rotation across the team. /li /ul h3bWhat you need to succeed /b /h3 ul liExtensive experience (~8 years) in designing, building, maintaining and troubleshooting high traffic distributed systems. /li liProficient software engineering skills. Strong coding experience in one or more programming languages (preferably Python). /li liExperience with at least one major public cloud, its services and infrastructure (preferably AWS). /li liExperience in implementing observability and alerting. /li liWillingness to participate on paid on-call rotations. /li liBusiness-orientation and data-driven approach. /li liNice to have: knowledge of modern web frameworks; SQL and relational DBs. /li liStrong communication skills.
