Job Responsibilities 1.br/br/On-site Equipment Inspection Maintenancebr/br/: Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, switchgear, fire suppression systems, etc.) according to OM plans; promptly identify and resolve equipment anomalies to ensure safe and stable system operation.br/br/2.br/br/Fault Diagnosis Emergency Response:br/br/Receive and respond to equipment fault alarms; rapidly perform on-site fault localization, root cause analysis, and repair recovery; coordinate with relevant technical teams on complex faults to minimize downtime and improve system availability.br/br/3.br/br/Equipment Commissioning Support:br/br/Coordinate resources for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage projects.br/br/4.br/br/OM Data Management Reporting:br/br/Collect and organize operational data, fault records, maintenance records,



and inspection reports; analyze equipment operating status and health conditions; propose optimization recommendations; and regularly produce OM analysis reports to support equipment reliability improvement.br/br/5.br/br/On-site Safety Management Customer Communication:br/br/Strictly enforce electrical safety operation procedures and energy storage industry safety standards; implement on-site risk control and work permit systems; maintain communication and coordination with customers, owners, and relevant partners; provide timely feedback on equipment operation; and enhance customer satisfaction.br/br/Qualificationsbr/br/- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above - Skills: Experience in OM and maintenance of large-scale energy storage projects preferred - Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred - Languages: Fluent in English, good at Spanish is a plus - Others: 1.
