Leadership Development for Senior Roles /h3 ul liDesign and implement leadership development programs for Country Managers and senior commercial leaders /li liPartner with senior stakeholders to identify leadership capability gaps and define development priorities /li liProvide targeted development solutions (e.g., coaching, workshops, development plans) tailored to business needs /li /ul h32. Talent Identification Succession Planning /h3 ul liBuild and drive a Pan-European talent review and succession planning framework /li liIdentify high-potential talent across markets and functions /li liDevelop and track succession pipelines for critical roles, especially in sales and market leadership /li /ul h33. Performance Development Frameworks /h3 ul liSupport the design and implementation of performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives /li liIntegrate performance, potential, and development into a coherent talent strategy /li liEnable managers to drive effective performance and development conversations /li /ul h34.



Organizational Capability Building /h3 ul liIdentify capability gaps at organizational and functional levels /li liDesign scalable development initiatives to enhance commercial, leadership, and cross-cultural capabilities /li liSupport organization effectiveness initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders /li /ul h35. Executive HiPo Development /h3 ul liPartner with senior HR and leadership to design individual development plans for key executives /li liCoordinate external coaching, assessments, and development tools where neededTrack progress and ensure development interventions translate into business impact /li /ul h36. Cross-Cultural Leadership Enablement /h3 ul liSupport development of leaders operating in a China-Europe cross-cultural environment /li liDesign programs to enhance collaboration between Chinese HQ and European teams /li liPromote a leadership culture that balances execution focus and local adaptability /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul li8–12 years of experience in talent development, leadership development, organizational development, or HR business partnering /li liProven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for senior leaders /li liExperience working in multi-country European environments /li liStrong understanding of talent management, succession planning,
