We are seeking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. /ph3How you will make an impact /h3ulliTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems. /liliDocument and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams. /liliMaintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures. /liliCollaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs. /liliEnsure software systems are up to date and functioning properly. /liliContribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required. /liliLead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas. /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. /lili4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.
