You’ll get to: /p ul liManage order entry activities related to parts orders and pricing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. /li liReview, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by service partners in accordance with company guidelines. /li liSupport customer requests for technical assistance through the CRM platform, including both email and phone-based interactions. /li liOversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and service partner requirements. /li liGenerate operational and service reports to provide insights into service performance and process efficiency. /li liCollaborate with internal teams and external service partners to resolve order, warranty, and technical support issues effectively. /li liMaintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems and CRM tools. /li liContribute to continuous improvement by supporting new methods, processes, and ways of working. /li /ul h3The Person: /h3 pYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
