Perform administrative tasks in accordance with internal company guidelines while ensuring compliance processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnswer all incoming phone calls, give technical information, and enter orders into the computer system to meet customer expectations. /li liRespond to customer requests and resolve their issues by providing product and service information and serving as liaison between the customer and various departments to meet customer demands. /li liControl stock and back‑orders, follow up on deliveries, process returned items, and ensure clients receive needed items on time while adhering to company policies. /li liSet up new accounts, maintain records, and perform related administrative duties to keep data accurate. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liNative French speaker, additional European language is a plus. /li liSecondary education.
