You will oversee implementation of multinational insurance programs, managing complex projects and ensure alignment with market requirements. You will participate in improving processes and your deep industry knowledge to enhance service delivery and optimize operations. /p h3Some of Your Specific Responsibilities Could Include /h3 ul liCoordinate between teams to ensure information completeness for policy issuance /li liAct as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally /li liPrepare policy wording documents for sometimes complex customer needs /li liEnsure multinational data accuracy and accessibility in core integral systems /li liDevelop standardized procedures for new product implementation /li liActively support transformation initiatives and drive process improvements /li liCollaborate with the CUO office to oversee product rollout initiatives /li liProvide additional support during the product's initial launch phase /li liOffer support, coaching and training for team members,



keeping up-to-date and ensuring quality standards are maintained in the team /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring To The Role /h3 pYou are an experienced professional in the insurance industry with a hands‑on understanding of Multinational Insurance Operations policy administration, ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment. You are quickly operational in Madrid, have strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to step up to a senior role within a team. /p h3You Bring The Following /h3 ul liA solid previous experience in policy administration of multinational insurance programs for large Corporates /li liStrong understanding of underwriting processes, system integrations, and market-specific dynamics /liliAt ease managing stakeholders at every level of the organization, internationally, internal and external /li liExcellent communication skills in English, with Spanish and additional European languages a plus /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /li liAbility to prioritize, plan and coordinate, and support colleagues to do the same /li liCompetence with Microsoft Office and an interest in new technologies /li liFamiliarity with data analysis and reporting tools /li liA keen interest in training and user onboarding processes /li liA willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization /li /ul pIf possible, please apply with a CV in English. /p h3Salary /h3 pThe base salary range for this position is between EUR 44 000 and EUR 47 000. The specific salary offered is considered based on the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, and the applicant’s own profile including education, qualifications, specialization, skills and experience. The annualised amount represents a market range and will also be determined by the location of the role. In the situation where you do not meet all the job requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, we offer an attractive performance‑based variable component based on location‑specific regulations, and you may be eligible for additional benefits.
