/li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results that meet brand standards. /li liEnsure operational excellence: monitor inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. /li liMonitor ongoing training to ensure the retail team is proficient in systems, processes, and customer service excellence. /li liEnhance the store experience: work closely with the marketing team to ensure that every store reflects MiiN's brand image and delivers an exceptional customer journey. /li liGather customer insights and feedback to continuously improve in‑store experiences. /li liFoster cross‑departmental collaboration: partner with all MiiN departments to align strategy with company objectives. /li liCollaborate with Finance to manage budgets, optimize profitability, and align retail objectives with financial goals. /li liAnalyze performance metrics: track and analyze KPIs such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and stock turnover, using insights to make data‑driven decisions. /li liRegularly present performance reports to senior management, offering recommendations to improve efficiency and drive results. /li liChampion team development: inspire, train, and mentor the retail team to build a culture of collaboration, motivation, and high performance.
