ppbFacilities and Administration Supervisor /b /ppLocation: Alhama Campus /ppCompensation: €22,000 per year /ppbOverview /b /ppThe Facilities and Administration Supervisor plays a vital role in the effective running of our Alhama de Murcia campus and associated facilities. As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will ensure that students have an excellent experience at the campus by coordinating day‑to‑day campus operations, maintaining supplies, ensuring facilities are cleaned and fit for purpose, and providing operational support to the wider team and department. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliMonitor and log facilities issues, ensuring timely resolution across utilities, equipment, and general repairs. /liliLiaise with suppliers and contractors for routine maintenance and service requests. /liliTrack progress, maintain records, and elevate complex or recurring issues to the Facilities Administration Manager. /liliCoordinate daily cleaning operations, schedule and conduct quality checks. /liliConduct apartment inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness; report and follow up on issues. /liliMaintain and replenish office, cleaning, kitchen, and student‑facing supplies; coordinate ordering and manage inventory. /liliSupport procurement and replacement of uniforms, furniture and operational equipment; maintain records of requests and deliveries. /liliAssist with coordination and tracking of rental vehicles, including bookings, maintenance and issue resolution. /liliMaintain effective communication with suppliers and verify service delivery against invoices; support invoice processing and resolve discrepancies. /liliAssist with student inductions and high‑volume operational periods; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. /liliEscalate high‑risk, complex or recurring issues affecting safety,
