We’re looking for an ambitious bRooms Operations Management Trainee /b to join our team in Barcelona. This is a structured b8–12 month development programme /b designed for hospitality students in their bthird year of studies or above /b who are ready to gain hands‑on operational experience and prepare for their first leadership role. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and UK with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going general. /p pbWhat You’ll Do: /b /p pThroughout the programme, you’ll rotate across our bFront Office /b and bHousekeeping /b departments, working alongside experienced leaders and gaining exposure to the day‑to‑day management of one of our largest hubs. /p h3Front Office Operations /h3 ul liDeliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey. /li liLearn the daily operation of a busy Front Office. /li liManage guest requests,
service recovery and problem‑solving. /li liCoordinate arrivals, departures and room allocations. /li liSupport upselling initiatives and revenue opportunities. /li liParticipate in daily operational briefings and shift leadership. /li /ul h3Housekeeping Operations /h3 ul liLearn how to manage room inventory and productivity. /li liConduct room quality inspections. /li liCoordinate room readiness with Front Office. /li liMonitor cleanliness and brand standards. /li liSupport preventive maintenance and quality improvement initiatives. /li liWork closely with external contractors and suppliers. /li /ul h3Leadership Hotel Operations /h3 ul liParticipate in management meetings. /li liLearn workforce planning and operational scheduling. /li liAnalyse operational KPIs and guest satisfaction. /li liSupport departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with Maintenance, Food Beverage, Membership and Events teams to understand the full hotel operation. /li liTake ownership of projects that improve efficiency and the guest experience. /li /ul h3What you’ll learn /h3 pBy the end of the programme, you’ll have developed practical experience in: /p ul liFront Office Operations /li liHousekeeping Operations /li liGuest Experience Management /li liQuality Brand Standards /li liOperational Planning /li liHotel Performance KPIs /li liProject Management /li /ul pMost importantly, you’ll have developed the operational and leadership skills expected from a bFront Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor or Duty Manager /b, preparing you for your first management opportunity in hospitality.
