As Static and Package Equipment Specialist, you lead engineering activities for static equipment across FEED, EPC and detailed design. You provide technical leadership on design, specification, and procurement of equipment such as vessels, reactors and heat exchangers, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international codes. You work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate equipment requirements, review vendor documentation, and support constructability and value engineering. You will mentor a technical team and engage with clients and suppliers to drive successful project execution. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead static equipment engineering activities across FEED, EPC and detailed engineering stages
• Provide technical leadership on design, specification, and procurement of static equipment (vessels, columns, exchangers, tanks, reactors, etc.)
• Develop and review datasheets, specifications, material requisitions and vendor documentation
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and applicable codes (ASME, API, TEMA, ASTM)
• Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical,



Instrumentation and Procurement teams for integration
• Review and approve vendor drawings, calculations, manufacturing procedures, and inspection requirements
• Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability workshops and client/vendor meetings
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables align with schedules, quality and HSE requirements
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to a team of Specialists and Engineers
• Interface with clients, licensors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and enable project success

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor xqbhyrx in Engineering or equivalent with 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
• At least 5 years in a similar role on mega Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical projects
• ADNOC and Offshore project experience is required
• FEED and EPC phase experience required
• Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII, API 650/620/661/660, TEMA, NACE
• Experience in technical bid evaluations, vendor management and fabrication oversight for static equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments
