ph3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for the conceptual design, structural analysis, and detailed shop drawing development of steel structures for industrial plants, multi‑story frames, long‑span roofs, etc. /li liPerform structural modelling, strength and deformation checks, and connection design in accordance with CTE DB SE‑A (Spanish Technical Building Code – Steel Structures), EAE (Structural Steel Instruction), and Eurocode 3. /li liPrepare calculation reports (static, seismic, and wind analysis) using specialist software, and generate bills of materials and technical specifications. /li liProduce structural layout drawings and connection details; review shop drawings from steel fabricators. /li liCollaborate closely with architects, HVAC, process piping, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and establish interface conditions. /li liProvide on‑site technical clarification during construction and address structural modifications or strengthening solutions. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ol liEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Structural Engineering. Being Colegiado/a is a plus. /li liExperience:



5+ years of experience in steel structure design, with a solid knowledge of Spanish and European code systems. /li liSoftware: Proficient in CYPE (steel module) and Tekla Structures, as well as AutoCAD / Revit. Knowledge of SAP2000 or Robot Structural Analysis is an advantage. /li liTechnical Skills: Able to perform independent hand calculations and verify computer outputs; familiar with welded and bolted connection design and common steel grades and corrosion protection requirements. /li liSkills: Possess valid structural design qualification certificate; able to independently complete discipline‑specific design complying with European standards, and support BP submission and final project acceptance inspection. /li liLanguage: Professional proficiency in Spanish is essential; English level B2 or above, capable of reading international codes and vendor documentation. /li liSoft Skills: Strong teamwork and clear communication; able to drive solutions in a multi‑discipline environment. /li /ol /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
