The role focuses on accelerating innovation by structuring ideas, validating value propositions, and coordinating the development of early product versions.The Product Incubation Manager works closely with industry teams, engineering leads, and the Product Owners responsible for the respective industry portfolios. This collaboration ensures that new ideas are aligned with the existing portfolio and product strategy from the beginning. /p pOnce an incubated product reaches a sufficient level of maturity and market validation, responsibility transitions fully to the Product Owner, who continues product development and scaling within the software product track. The Product Incubation Manager then initiates the incubation of the next product idea. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pDrive software product ideas through the defined incubation process from concept to MVP. /p pFacilitate ideation workshops and help shape and refine new product ideas. /p pChallenge assumptions, problem statements, and early business cases. /p pWork closely with industry teams to understand business needs and translate them into product concepts and MVP requirements. /p pCoordinate with engineering leads during the realization of MVP solutions.



/p pAct as the central interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams. /p pCollaborate continuously with Product Owners to ensure alignment with industry portfolios and product strategy. /p pTrack incubation progress, including effort estimates, timelines, and reporting, ensuring development activities remain aligned with plans and resource expectations. /p pPrepare and execute the transition of mature products into the software product track. /p pContribute to improving and optimizing the company’s product incubation and innovation processes. /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 pUniversity degree in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration with technology focus, or a comparable field. /p pAround 5 years of professional experience in product development, innovation management, product management, Product Owner roles, or agile project management. /p pExperience working in cross-functional environments connecting business stakeholders and software engineering teams. /p pSolid understanding of Agile ways of working and software development processes. /p pAbility to structure complex topics, anticipate risks or obstacles, and proactively address issues early. /p pStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to handle escalations and complex stakeholder situations. /p pStrong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business teams. /p pAbility to manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a dynamic environment. /p pVery good English language skills, written and spoken. /p h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 pExperience as Product Owner or Product Manager. /p pExperience working with software engineering teams in agile environments.
