You will sit at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and business transformation, driving the deployment of intelligent conversational solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences across the organization. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Product Strategy Vision /h3 ul liDefine and own the product roadmap for the enterprise chatbot, aligned with Opella's digital transformation strategy. /li liTranslate business needs into clear, outcome-focused product requirements. /li liIdentify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs to enhance chatbot capabilities. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with cross-functional teams (Digital, GBS, PC, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and ensure adoption. /li liAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. /li liChampion the chatbot product internally, driving engagement and change management. /li /ul h3Delivery Execution /h3 ul liLead agile product development cycles, from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement. /li liDefine KPIs and success metrics to measure chatbot performance, user satisfaction, and business impact. /li liEnsure the platform is scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
