In this role you drive reliable, scalable revenue operations at Speexx, ensuring accurate Lead-to-Cash processes and clean data across CRM and downstream systems. You will partner across RevOps, Systems u0026amp; Automation, Finance, and GTM leadership to spot risks and opportunities and implement improvements that directly impact forecast accuracy and growth. You will design automated QA gates and translate signals into practical workflows for Sales, CS, and Marketing. This is a globally impactful role at the intersection of data, process, and commercial execution.

• Lead high-impact RevOps projects to unlock pipeline, improve conversion, and reduce revenue leakage
• Translate data signals into practical workflows and improvements for Sales, CS, and Marketing to execute faster
• Monitor funnel health, forecast integrity, CAC, ARR, churn, and expansion, surfacing risks and opportunities early
• Design and maintain automated QA gates across the deal lifecycle to ensure deals are clean, compliant, and bookable
• Identify data and process issues early to prevent reporting and operational problems
• Partner with RevOps, Systems u0026 Automation, Finance, and GTM leadership to drive improvements




• Support annual planning and goal setting, including integration into systems during rollout
• Collaborate with Systems u0026 Automation to encode rules into CRM and tooling to reduce manual checks and rework
• Contribute to evolving Power BI reporting landscape with the team

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Ops, or similar analytical role in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of commercial funnels and Lead-to-Cash including CPQ
• Ability to turn messy data into actionable insights
• Comfort working across CRM, BI tools, and automations
• Strong communication with senior xqbhyrx stakeholders
• Decision quality mindset with root-cause analysis and scalable solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance (master's preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau); ETL understanding a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English
