ppThe Document Controller manages the technical documentation lifecycle across Corporate and Projects. The primary focus is the validation, structuring, and registration of technical documentation within the Document Management System. /p pBy enforcing strict naming conventions and metadata standards, the role ensures that all information is accurate, traceable, and available to support project execution, asset integrity, and long-term operations. /p h3Main Accountabilities /h3 ul libInformation Management: /b Administer the document flow between SharePoint (daily collaboration) and the Document Management System. /li libProject Documentation Management: /b Manage documentation across all project phases, including development, engineering, and construction. Ensure that all deliverables are properly registered, tracked, and controlled in line with project requirements. /li libDocument Control: /b Ensure all documentation is correctly organized, classified, and linked to the corresponding asset, project, or discipline. /li liGuarantee that: /li liOnly the latest approved versions are available /li liVersion control and status tracking are consistently applied /li liReview and approval workflows are properly managed /li libAccess Permissions: /b Control user access rights to ensure sensitive or restricted documents are handled appropriately according to security protocols. /li libDMS Structure Support: /b Assist departments or new projects with the creation and maintenance of DMS structures, data storage areas, and folder hierarchies. /li libDocument Management Support: /b Support technical and project teams in locating and retrieving documentation,



and in understanding document requirements and processes. /li libReporting: /b Provide clear status updates on documentation progress, metadata quality, and compliance with established standards. /li libCompliance Audit: /b Ensure documentation complies with internal procedures, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Provide audit trails and technical documentation during internal and external audits. /li /ul h3Academic Background /h3 pStrong understanding of technical documentation standards and Quality Management principles. /p pAbility to interpret engineering drawings and manage complex technical metadata. /p pFamiliarity with industry standards like ISO 19650 is recommended. /p h3Experience /h3 pDemonstrated experience (3+ years) in Document Control within Offshore Wind, Energy, or heavy industry sectors. /p pExperience in: /p ul liProject environments (engineering, construction, EPC/EPCI) /li liDocumentation lifecycle management, including project delivery and handover /li /ul pExposure to both corporate and project environments is desirable. /p h3Other Requirements /h3 pAdvanced proficiency in professional Document Management Systems (DMS); experience with Business Collaborator is highly desirable. /p pStrong command of SharePoint Online and Office 365 tools. /p pMethodical approach with high precision in version control and data consistency. /p pAbility to work across multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel. /p pStrong communication skills to support coordination between teams, contractors, and departments. /p pProactive mindset with focus on standardization and process improvement. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
