Check us out at /ph3About the role /h3pWe are looking for a driven bBusiness Development Manager (Partnerships) /b to lead partnership growth for Frekuent, opening new verticals and distribution channels through strategic allies. You will work on two fronts: building new business lines in complementary verticals (mobility, tourism, stadiums events, among others) and expanding new distribution channels (manufacturers, ERPs, telecom operators, banks). /ppEvery partnership moves through three stages: partner acquisition, structuring of the business model and agreement, and market launch. Once validated, if a partnership shows strong replicability it transitions into regular business operations; if replicability is still low or under validation, you'll continue managing it until it reaches the necessary maturity. /ppYou’ll lead the acquisition of new partners, negotiate agreements with prospective allies, and design the business model behind each new vertical or channel. /ph3What you’ll do /h3h3Partnership Development /h3ulliIdentify and prospect potential partners within the strategic verticals defined by the company (mobility, tourism, stadiums events, manufacturers, ERPs, telecom, banking,
among others) /liliLead the acquisition process end-to-end: first contact, value proposition presentation, and negotiation of terms /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations /liliAct as “eyes on the market,” sharing insights and spotting trends, new opportunities, and gaps with Product, Marketing and Leadership /li /ulh3Deal Structuring and Execution /h3ulliDesign and propose the business model and deal structure (commercial, legal and operational) for each partnership /liliBuild business cases and market and financial viability analyses for each opportunity /liliCoordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders to close agreements /liliTrack the partnership pipeline and report progress to Leadership /liliCollaborate with the wider team (Account Managers and Presales Engineers) to ensure a smooth handover of each partnership from acquisition through to structuring /li /ulh3What we’re looking for /h3ulli3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, complex B2B sales or strategy consulting /liliStrong negotiation and deal-closing skills /liliAnalytical mindset for designing and evaluating business models /liliAutonomous and proactive in generating new opportunities /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders /liliLanguages: Spanish (native or C2) and English (advanced) /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliPrevious experience in partnerships, strategic alliances or indirect channel /liliKnowledge of retail, payments, point-of-sale or commerce technology /liliDegree in Business Administration, Economics,
