As IoT Billing Operations Specialist, you will support the IoT Billing Operations Lead and drive initiatives to improve invoicing accuracy and governance. You work with internal and third-party teams to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and the roadmap alignment with business needs. Your focus is on ensuring SLA compliance, identifying and mitigating billing risks, and feeding requirements to product management. This is a global, collaborative role at Vodafone IoT, offering exposure to cross-functional programs and market-leading connectivity solutions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Ensure billing operations SLA compliance and monitor KPIs
• Lead key projects to improve IoT billing operations, ensuring on-time invoicing and reducing bad debt and revenue leakage
• Identify billing gaps, risks and issues; coordinate cross-functional corrective actions to improve performance




• Feed billing requirements into the product management team and represent billing in Steerco and governance forums
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to define billing processes for new products and services

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience managing billing operations, ideally in an international telco environment
• Ability to identify issues affecting billing performance and collaborate xqbhyrx on solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative influence to achieve outcomes
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Fluent English
