ppERM Iberia is looking to hire an EHS / Safety Consultant to support our Safe Sustainable Operations (SSO) team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and deliver EHS and safety audits (internal, third‑party, and regulatory compliance) across Iberia and international locations, ensuring high‑quality execution aligned with ERM methodologies and client expectations. /li liPlan, coordinate, and execute multi‑country audit programs, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and alignment with local regulations and corporate standards. /li liProvide technical leadership in Health Safety, with a strong focus on: ul liRisk assessment and hazard identification /li liProcess safety and industrial safety /li liContractor safety management /li liHigh‑risk activities and operational controls /li /ul /li liConduct gap assessments and root cause analysis to identify compliance issues and performance improvement opportunities, delivering clear, risk‑based and actionable recommendations. /li liSupport clients in the implementation and follow‑up of corrective action plans, ensuring effective closure of findings and continuous improvement of EHS performance. /li liAct as client‑facing lead, managing relationships with multinational clients, facilitating workshops, presenting audit outcomes, and engaging with stakeholders at both site and corporate levels. /li liEnsure consistency and quality of audit deliverables, including: ul liReport review and quality assurance /li liStandardization of outputs across countries /li liApplication of internal quality procedures /li /ul /li liContribute to proposal preparation and business development, including service scoping, technical input, and identification of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
/li liCollaborate with integral ERM teams and subject matter experts to support complex international projects and cross‑service integration. /li liMentor and coach junior consultants, providing technical guidance, feedback, and on‑the‑job training, contributing to capability building within the SSO Iberia team. /li liPromote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset, both internally and with clients, acting as a role model in EHS leadership. /li /ul h3Technical Expertise Core Competencies /h3 ul liStrong expertise in process and industrial safety, including: ul liATEX /li liFire safety /li liMachine safety /li /ul /li liSolid experience in EHS compliance and permitting frameworks. /li liProven capabilities in project management in complex and international environments. /li liExperience in safety culture assessment and improvement programs. /li /ul h3Additional Skills Experience /h3 ul liExperience in training, coaching, and facilitation, with strong communication skills. /li liSector experience in manufacturing, pharma, or chemical industries is highly valued. /li liAbility to work in multinational and multicultural environments. /li liAdditional languages, particularly French, are considered an asset. /li /ul pERM is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
