The incumbent will be responsible for a portfolio of airlines or a large strategic account, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities. /p h3Location /h3 pThis role will be located in Doha, Qatar. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liProvide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry /li liWill be the primary contact for all customer account management matters, including content selection service delivery. /li liBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. /li liNegotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize revenue and margin. /li liEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and SLA's. /li liMaintain account management plans and develop a solution orientated approach to drive account growth. /li liDevelop and coach new members of the team. /li liClearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. /li liMaintain a strong industry network to leverage sales opportunities. /li liSource, analyze and share competitor intelligence, market data and industry trends for their airlines. /li liExemplify the company core values and behaviours. /li liDeliver continuous improvement efficiencies. /li liCoach and develop a diverse and inclusive team. /li liProvide general leadership support across your location and the wider teams. /li liEnsure regular, relevant and effective communication with key stakeholders,
