ITS GROWTH, they need to cover an : /p h3PHARMACOVIGILANCE DIRECTOR /h3 pThe Pharmacovigilance (PV) Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations. In a services company, this includes managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading safety teams, and delivering high-quality PV services across multiple projects and sponsors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic Leadership ul liIn combination with top management, Define and implement the company’s pharmacovigilance strategy. /li liRepresent PV in internal and client meetings. /li /ul /li liOperational Oversight ul liSupervise QPPV office, scientific literature screening, case processing, aggregate reporting, and risk management activities. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable regulations.



/li liOversee all other safety activities and quality control. /li /ul /li liClient Project Management ul liEnsure timely delivery of safety deliverables (e.g., PSURs, DSURs, RMPs). /li liSupport business development through proposals and client presentations. /li /ul /li liRegulatory Compliance ul liPrepare for and lead audits and inspections. /li liEnsure SOPs and processes align with current regulatory expectations. /li liManage safety exchange agreements and vendor oversight. /li liLead and mentor a team of PV professionals. /li liOversee training, performance reviews, and career development. /li liForecast staffing needs and manage resource allocation. /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences. /li liExperience: +10 years in pharmacovigilance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. /li liIndustry: Experience in PV services environment is highly preferred. /li liLanguages: Fluent in English and Spanish. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liExcellent salary package, according the experience. /li liHybrid model work (2 days at work, 3 days at home), with flexibility, not mandatory. /li liThe possibility to lead a competitive and challenging team. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pDirector /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Industries /h3 pHuman Resources Services /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
