ppJob Title: Restaurant General Manager /p pLocation: Tenerife, Spain /p pSalary: €30,000 – €70,000 gross per year + bonus /p pStart: ASAP /p pFor our client, one of the largest independent multi-brand restaurant operator, we are seeking an experienced bRestaurant General Manager /b to lead one of our high-performing locations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and team development. You will be responsible for maintaining our award-winning standards of service, culinary excellence, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. /p pThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing, multi-concept hospitality leader with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and career development. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and consistent brand standards. /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of 50+ employees to deliver outstanding performance and guest experiences. /li liDrive financial performance by managing budgets, PL, labour costs, inventory, and revenue targets. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and company operating standards. /li liDeliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining premium service standards and resolving guest feedback effectively. /li liCollaborate with culinary, regional, and head office teams to support menu innovation, operational improvements, and business growth. /li /ul h3Ideal candidate: /h3 ul li5+ years of progressive Restaurant General Manager experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants, with a proven track record of PL management, achieving sales targets, and controlling costs. /li liExperience leading teams of 50+ employees in fast-paced,
