Motivated by impact, growth and purpose, you will find a strong sense of belonging. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 h3Senior Category Manager, Men’s EU /h3 pWe are seeking a data‑driven, product‑obsessed all‑rounder to support merchandising strategy across selected menswear categories in the UK EU. This role reports to the Head of Merchandising, Men’s UK and is critical to scaling Quince’s value proposition by delivering a compelling regional assortment, optimizing the customer experience and partnering across functions to bring high‑quality products to market. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport end‑to‑end merchandising for selected menswear categories in the UK EU, including assortment execution, launches and performance tracking.



/li liExecute regional merchandising strategy with US product merchandising and international peers. /li liContribute to product ideation, shaping new product opportunities and business cases. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with product, regional merchandising, planning, marketing, technical design and sourcing to deliver successful launches, balancing inventory, go‑to‑market execution and product quality. /li liAnalyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and drive actions to improve results. /li liSupport pricing and assortment decisions for the region. /li liOwn product catalogue management and administration, including product setup, data accuracy and system maintenance. /li liBuild site merchandising strategy, including PDP improvements roadmap and customer journey optimisations. /li liMonitor ratings, reviews and returns to identify and support product quality improvements. /li liManage regional product samples and merchandising assets. /li liMaintain merchandising reports, tools, trackers and pricing files. /li liOwn evaluation of regional product compliance requirements and partner with sourcing and quality teams to execute. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRole based in one of our UK/EU offices (London, Madrid, or Berlin) with a requirement of 4 days per week in‑office. /li liEight years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear with demonstrated ownership of category performance. /li liExperience in e‑commerce and/or DTC, with exposure to startups and blue‑chip brands preferred. /li liProven track record of progression and continuous growth in roles and responsibilities.



/li liStrong product awareness, commercial mindset and attention to detail. /li liProduct obsession, leveraging data tools and external sources to drive results. /li liA critical eye for anticipating customer needs, balancing science and art of merchandising. /li liStrong analytical skills with experience using data (sales, margin, returns) to inform decisions. /li liAbility to operate effectively in both executional and strategic roles. /li liExperience working cross‑functionally with planning, design, sourcing or marketing. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to influence through concise narrative. /li liMotivated to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with flexibility to stretch into functional comfort zones. /li liAdaptability and comfort with ambiguity and change. /li liBachelor’s Degree (preferred). /li /ul pPay Range: £80,000-£100,000 (Base salary; may vary by experience and location.
