In this role you will support the regional Vendor Management strategy across APAC, collaborating with regional leaders to strengthen governance, analytics, and risk controls. You will analyze data, assist due diligence, and maintain vendor registers and dashboards to drive performance improvements. The position sits in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and offers meaningful impact through regional initiatives. You will help embed data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.

• Assist due diligence across multiple vendor categories and jurisdictions
• Maintain an accurate vendor register for claims and related activities
• Support data uploads to keep vendor dashboards and tools current
• Develop Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations to support the regional Vendor Management Performance Program
• Assist regional, country, and external stakeholders in using vendor management tools
• Create user guides and training documentation for platform adoption
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and mitigate risk
• Contribute to key regional vendor management initiatives
• Support the wider COG Vendor Management team via conference calls across time zones
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Claims Vendor Performance Management across multiple vendor categories
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
• Proven experience managing vendor performance programs using SLAs, KPIs, xqbhyrx and Balanced Scorecards
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with QlikSense dashboards and Power BI is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and deliver with focus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable mindset
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
