This position is open for contractors, who would like to commit long-term.br/ph3Requirements /h3pTasks and responsibilities:br/ppEngaging with Business representatives and users and facilitating workshops to gather requirements and elicit User Stories;br/ppWriting User Stories with Detailed Acceptance Criteria, prompting users for additional criteria to ensure accuracy and completeness;br/ppStructuring requirements / user stories and proposing the prioritisation of features;br/ppCreating and/or updating mock-ups and wireframes;br/ppTesting and playing an active role coordinating and supporting user testing and/or training;br/ppSupport change management activities as needed;br/ppDaily use of Azure DevOps;br/ppProfile:br/ppMaster´s Degree and 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or a Bachelor´s Degree and 12 years´ experience as a Business Analyst;br/ppSAFe Agile certification (or appropriate experience in an Agile working environment);br/ppExperience in supporting projects using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, PowerApps Portal, MS Dynamics 365, MS SharePoint Online and/ or Data analytics technologies Synapse, SQL DWH, Power BI);br/ppExperience in working with Azure DevOps or JIRA SDLC;br/ppExperience with document management / records management systems;br/ppDemonstrable experience of analysing and improving processes for organisations with more than 500 persons or system analysis for a complex IT project (with a complex architectural landscape);br/ppExperience working with key users in a fast paced and changing business environment to design and develop software that meets business need;br/ppCapacity to work independently to analyse dependencies, find synergies (e.g. when grouping User Stories) and spot any gaps or inconsistencies (missing or erroneous information);br/ppAbility to present concisely to technical audiences (architecture) as well as business stakeholders;br/ppCapacity to follow guidelines and ensure coherency between business strategies, enterprise architecture and technology directions, policies, standards and practices;br/ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) to listen to users, explain to scrum team/ and document at an appropriate level;br/p #J-18808-Ljbffr
