As Recruitment Sourcer at Fever, you proactively build talent pipelines to fuel rapid growth across tech, data, and product. You partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we engage the right candidates early, using smart, multi-channel strategies. You’ll leverage AI-powered tools to scale outreach and insights, shaping Fever’s ability to reach diverse talent globally. This role sits at the heart of our talent engine, enabling high-impact hires that support Fever’s mission to democratize culture and live experiences.

• Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, events, referrals)
• Maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future tech, data, and product roles
• Map competitive landscape to identify target companies and engagement strategies
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance discovery, automate tasks, personalize outreach, and derive insights
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach that reflects Fever’s brand
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing approaches




• Use data to track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion rates; take action accordingly
• Manage candidate records and pools in Greenhouse to keep pipelines clean and actionable
• Monitor talent market trends and new sourcing tools/techniques
• Contribute to employer branding by representing Fever at virtual events and communities

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing tech setting
• Strong hunter mindset for hard-to-reach talent
• AI-first mindset with willingness to adopt new tools for sourcing
• Data-driven with ability to measure, xqbhyrx iterate, and justify decisions
• Clear, warm communication and professional brand representation
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple pipelines
• Hands-on experience with ATS; Greenhouse is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to spot market patterns
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 or native); other languages a plus
